Louis Verde has been active in Community Association Law for over thirty years preparing offering plans as well as representing medium to large Condominium Associations and Apartment Corporations.
Additionally, he has extensive experience representing clients for the sale and acquisition of commercial property such as office buildings, shopping centers and apartment buildings, as well as litigation experience in real estate related matters, including community association related claims, land use, prerogative writ actions, real property tax appeals, commercial and residential landlord and tenant disputes and boundary disputes.
PRIOR EXPERIENCE-
- Law Clerk to Honorable Raymond W. Young, J.S.C.,1979-1980
- Appeared before the United States House of Representatives Subcommittee on Consumer Credit and Insurance to establish a new pilot program to reform FNMA guidelines for lenders in the apartment corporation end-loan market and helped establish and sat on the Board for that pilot program for its duration.
- Lectured on landlord and tenant law for the Institute on Continuing Legal Education and related topics.
